Charges for Late Payments

Balances not paid by the due date will be considered past due; students will be assessed a late charge of 1.5% per month on past due balances unless there is a payment plan in place.

Payment plans will be subject to a late fee of $10 after a 15 day grace period. Payment plans will be cancelled in the event any installment becomes 30 days past due. All balances will become due immediately.

Registration Hold

Unpaid balances will result in a registration hold on the student’s account Monday of 6th week, preventing registration for the following quarter. The registration hold will become an administrative withdrawal from the college as of 5 p.m. on the 1st day of the following quarter. The hold will be removed once the balance is paid or the student has made acceptable payments arrangements with the Student Accounts office.

Diploma Hold

If there are unpaid balances, diplomas will be held until the student’s account is paid in full.
