Paperless Billing

Beginning with the Fall 2018, Kalamazoo College went paperless to utilize electronic billing for all student invoices.

With this change, students no longer receive tuition bills in the mail. Students (and authorized users) will receive email notifications to view their invoices online. It is important for students to check their College email account for invoice and statement notifications.

View your account detail and make payments through your Hornet HQ account.

Students can grant proxy access (otherwise known as authorized users) to family members and guardians through Hornet HQ. Visit the Information Services website for instruction to set up a Proxy.
